Northgate Studio is a design-led practice focused on project delivery. We work on architecture, planning, and consultancy — not construction. Our role is to shape your project; trusted partners bring it to life.

We are a practice founded on creativity and delivery. We have carried out projects throughout London and the Southeast. Our team has experience in the residential sector, working on a wide range of typologies including new build apartments, refurbishments, and extensions.

We work with you to develop a concept design and carry out a full measured survey of the property and its surroundings.

Application & Scheme Design

We prepare scale drawings, submit the planning application, and liaise with the council throughout the process.

Building Control and Detailing

We produce detailed technical drawings and manage the approval process with building control.

Consultancy

Project delivery

We provide consultancy throughout the design and delivery process. We do not carry out construction ourselves.
